William Jewell, Owner

Bill has over sixteen years of experience in land acquisition and development. Since moving to North Carolina in 2000, he has worked on projects ranging from 11 acres to 2,000 acres. Bill's areas of expertise lie in project identification and acquisition, project planning, contract negotiation, due diligence and project management.

Bill has a Bachelor of Science degree in Forest Management from The University of Maine College of Forest Resources in Orono, Maine.

Daniel Wilson, Marketing and Sales Director

Danny has almost fifteen years experience in sales and marketing. He has worked on marketing campaigns for projects ranging from 1 acre to 1,000 acres and has sold acreage all over the southeast. Danny's areas of expertise include developing and implementing marketing strategies, training sales staff, negotiating terms, financing and event planning for grand openings. He remained one of the top three sales people in a previous land development company where he worked for ten years.

Tammy Kleber, CPA/Chief Financial Officer

Tammy has over twenty years of accounting experience with the last thirteen of those years spent working as an auditor for a CPA firm specializing in real estate. Her areas of expertise include financial reporting, internal controls, with extensive experience in the affordable housing sector. She also has experience with home builders, residential real estate, commercial real estate and historic rehabilitation projects.

Tammy has a Bachelor of Science degree from The University of Illinois in Champaign, Illinois. She is also a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, The North Carolina Association of CPA's and the Metropolitan Business and Professional Women.

John Brunner, Acquisitions and Development Manager

John has more than 22 years of experience in land development, land acquisitions and residential construction and new home sales. Before joining Jewell Development Company, John was the Director of Land Development for the largest multi-family homebuilder in the Charlotte region where he was directly responsible for the acquisition and development of more than 1000 lots per year.

John is long known for his attention to detail and follow-up which is the key to his proven success in project management. In addition to his land development expertise, John brings extensive experience in retail and commercial development, design and engineering, contract administration and project management.

John has a Bachelor of Science degree in Building Science and Construction Management from Clemson University. He has lived in NC since 1986 and resides in Charlotte with his wife and two sons.
